  • That is where most projects start. The first call is about understanding how your business runs and where AI creates real value. We give you a straight answer on what is worth building first. If something is not worth doing yet, we tell you that too. You walk away with a clear plan you can act on.

  • Pricing is fixed and locked before we start. We charge a single agreed amount for the scope, instead of hourly. If you want to add something during the build, we scope it as a small change and price it before any work happens. The original price never moves without your sign-off. You always know what you are paying for.

  • Yes, and probably no. We build around your existing stack. If you run on a CRM, a scheduling or dispatch tool, a phone line, a case management platform, or a database, we connect to it. We do not push rip-and-replace. You should not need to buy new software unless your current stack literally cannot do what you need.

  • Your data stays in systems you control. We build AI inside your existing infrastructure or on environments you own. Nothing leaves your systems unless you explicitly choose a model that requires it. For regulated industries, we design the architecture to match your compliance requirements before we ship.

  • Every system we ship has guardrails. We define what the AI can do and what gets escalated to a human. Customer-facing AI gets the tightest constraints, so it cannot make claims or commit you to anything without escalating first. The system is observed from day one, so we catch and fix issues fast.

  • Yes. You own everything we build, including the code and the configuration. It all sits inside your accounts and your own infrastructure. If you decide to take it to another team or run it yourself later, you can. There is no license you have to keep paying us for.

  • Yes. We stay reachable after the system goes live. If something breaks, you reach the same engineers who built it. There is no support queue between you and us. We offer optional ongoing help for changes and improvements, but the system runs on its own. The call you had with us at the start is the same one you can have at month seven.

  • Your team needs minimal training. The system is built into the tools they already use, so most of the work feels familiar. We hand it over with a short walkthrough and written documentation. The AI handles the volume your team cannot keep up with, so your people move to higher-value work. We do not build systems designed to replace your team.
